The PureBelt Flex® is powered by a low-moisture dry steam system that delivers powerful cleaning and sanitation performance by eliminating allergens, mold, yeast, bacteria, and other soils. This advanced technology uses 90% less water than traditional cleaning methods, making it ideal for equipment where water needs to be minimized or avoided or where chemical cleaning is not preferred. Not only does this system help facilities save on labor costs and production downtime, but the reduction in water usage also lowers operational expenses.
The patented spinning steam head allows for easy targeting and cleaning of specific belt sections, requiring minimal manual effort.
