To better serve this vital industry, we are thrilled to introduce Goodway's newly developed Manufacturing Equipment Sales Team, comprised of experienced and passionate professionals dedicated to delivering tailored solutions to our customers.

Tom Donohoe, has been appointed as the Market Manager for our newly formed Industrial Manufacturing Division. Tom’s journey with Goodway began in the summer of 2012 when he joined us as a Sales Engineer. A lifelong resident of Stamford, where our headquarters are located, Tom quickly demonstrated his talent and dedication, which led to a series of promotions within the company.

Over the years, Tom has proven to be an invaluable asset, leading teams on the West Coast and later serving as the Sales Manager for our largest Core Sales territory, the South. His leadership and commitment to understanding the unique needs of our customers have been instrumental in driving consistent growth for the company.

Tom has always had a particular passion for the Manufacturing segment, where he has honed his expertise by learning the intricate details of our customers' manufacturing processes. His innovative approach to problem-solving has consistently provided our clients with tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

As the head of our new Industrial Manufacturing Division, Tom’s 12 years of industry experience, coupled with his attention to detail and strong leadership skills, will be crucial in helping our manufacturing customers access the right equipment to get the job done efficiently. We are confident that under Tom’s guidance, this new division will thrive and continue to support the growth of our customers and the company.

Ryan Scott "Scotty" joined Goodway as a Sales Engineer in 2020. From the beginning, Ryan's enthusiasm for our product line was evident as he quickly immersed himself in understanding our offerings. As a member of the Core Products North East team, Ryan managed the New England territory, including Goodway's home state of Connecticut. Many of his customers were local, providing him with a unique opportunity to regularly conduct product demonstrations and offer hands-on support.

These live demonstrations not only allowed our customers to better understand Goodway's solutions but also gave Ryan a deeper, practical knowledge of the equipment. His extensive time spent on job sites, combined with his ability to diagnose challenges remotely, equipped him with the expertise to provide our clients with realistic, actionable solutions.

When Goodway launched a new initiative to address the growing demand for solutions in the manufacturing industry, Ryan was a natural choice for the team. His in-depth, hands-on experience across diverse job sites and industries has made him an invaluable asset.

Also joining Tom and Ryan on this new team are Eric Potorski, Industrial Vacuum Specialist, and Tim Fregeau, Director, Technical Sales and Business Development, whose technical backgrounds further strengthen our team’s capabilities. Together, this dynamic team ensures that Goodway is ready to tackle any challenge and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
