The Chip-Master™ chip recovery vacuum can be powered by electricity or compressed air, depending on the model. Their tangential intake ports allow the units to not only recover chips and coolant, but strings and clumps as well. All models come equipped with a 30 gallon tank including a metal chip basket, dump valve and dolly. The basket will separate out chips from coolant down to 0.02", has a capacity of 2,700 cu. in. and can hold up to 1,000 lbs of recovered material.

The revolutionary DV-CM Super Chip-Master chip recovery vacuum is a must have for any machine shop. These powerful units can gulp up and separate chips from coolant, then pump filtered coolant back into your machine tools. Each unit features an internal chip collection basket to trap metal shavings down to 0.05". A second filtration through the polypropylene filter will trap metal fines down to 300 microns. The built-in transfer pump can then be used to return the filtered coolant to the machine tool or into collection drums.
