Ready-to-use and EPA registered. MoldTek-MT is a growth inhibitor to manage and control the growth of mold and mildew on floors, walls and hard surfaces for up to 2 years. This item is not labelled for use in HVAC applications, use CoilShine-BC instead. As a registered mildewstat and fungistat, MoldTek-MT is effective against the growth of mold and mildew when used as directed. It offers deodorizing properties to remove odor. Plus, it is a mold control agent approved for use in occupied spaces so no evacuation is necessary.

For specific HVAC applications use CoilShine-BC, a mold and mildew growth inhibitor for HVAC systems and air ducts.
